I'm a multifaceted UX/UI designer with over 10 years of professional experience. My skills and experience allow me to build digital services from inception and Discovery all the way to Beta - so from conducting early research all the way to crafting high-fidelity UI and working with developers to release.

I currently work for the UX consultancy cxpartners, helping some of the UK's biggest organisations improve their customer experience and better meet business goals - clients include SSE (the UK's largest business energy provider), Hargreaves Lansdown and the NHS.

My passion lies in creating exceptional digital services, that lead to great outcomes for users and the business.

My design education includes a 1st class degree from Reading University in Graphic Communication.
